45-unit apartment development and penthouse in Nanyuki
Nanyuki, Laikipia County
A multi-storey residential development in Nanyuki comprising 45 dwelling units and a luxury penthouse. TimberStone's work started at foundation setout, and the building is now 80% complete with a 13-person passenger lift, ground-floor parking, broad balconies and a 200,000-litre underground water tank feeding 11 rooftop tanks.

Sweetwaters holiday-home bungalow, utility house and DSQ
Sweetwaters, near Ol Pejeta, Laikipia County
A single-storey holiday-home bungalow at Sweetwaters, near Ol Pejeta, built for an owner who lives in Germany. At the 5 September 2026 update, the bungalow and utility house were roofed, an underground water-storage tank had been constructed, and the project was on schedule.

Pool and pool house, Lolldaiga
Lolldaiga Hills, Laikipia County
A swimming pool with an arched pool house on open Laikipia rangeland, on a plot ringed by acacia woodland with no mains anything. As of October 2026 the project is about 90% complete: all pool tests have been done, and finishing and fit-out work is ongoing across the pool and pool house, including plastering, floor finishing with Mazeras stone, window fitting, doors and pool tiling.
